ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Secondary School Campus – Multi-purpose Room

All parents and staff members of the Richmond Christian School community are invited and encouraged to attend this important meeting.
In addition to the usual business of the Annual General Meeting of the Richmond Christian School Association we will also be discussing:
• Presentation and Approval of Audited Financial Statements
Please come, hear and become informed as we discern God’s will and plan for Richmond Christian School together.
MEMBERSHIP
If you have been:
- A family with children enrolled at RCS for at least 1 full year
- Have attended both orientation sessions
- Agree with the RCS statement of Fundamental Principles
Then you are eligible for membership in the Richmond Christian School Association.
Newly eligible families will receive an invitation to a special Membership Sign-Up at 6:50 PM before the AGM. If you have been a part of the school for several years, are eligible for membership, but have not joined or have let your membership lapse, please check at the Elementary School Office for membership procedures.
(Families who have come to us from an SCSBC Member school such as Delta Christian or Vancouver Christian, are automatically eligible for membership upon enrolment & attendance of both orientation sessions and should come early for membership sign-up as well.)
**Only members in good standing will be permitted to vote at the AGM, but the attendance and participation of all RCS families is welcome at the AGM.
