SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

All members of the Richmond Christian School Association are requested and encouraged to attend this important meeting. Non-members are also invited to attend but will not have voting privileges.
Purpose of meeting – To have a Q&A session with members and to adopt the proposed constitution and bylaws of the Richmond Christian School Association to be compliant with the new British Columbia Societies Act.
Proposed resolution – To adopt the updated constitution and bylaws of the Richmond Christian School Association in accordance to the Societies Act as presented.
NOTICE – MEMBERSHIP and ANNUAL DUES If you paid your annual dues for 2016/17 prior to or at the Annual General Meeting in November 2016 your membership is current and in good-standing. This will be indicated on the sign-in list at the upcoming meeting. There will be no new membership sign up prior to this Special General Meeting.
