We are delighted that you are considering Richmond Christian School for your family. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate our application process and prepare for joining our community.

Our 5-Step Admissions Process

1. Submit an Inquiry Form

 

Indicate your interest by completing our brief Inquiry Form. This allows us to review space availability for your child’s grade level and connect with you directly.

Here is the 2027-28 Inquiry Form.

 

Once grade-level availability is confirmed, our admissions team will send you an official application link. (Please note: Application invitations are sent as space becomes available.)

  • Application Fee: $150 per child (non-refundable)
  • Required Documents to Upload:
    • Recent transcripts / report cards
    • Parents’ Testimony Form
    • Pastoral Reference Form
    • Student background information

Waiting Pool Process: If applications exceed capacity for a grade level, all completed applications are placed into a waiting pool until the application due date.  Students will be randomly selected from the waiting pool to fill enrollment vacancies and selected applicants will advance to Step 3. Random selections continue periodically until all vacancies are filled.

 

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in the following:

  • Student Screening & Assessment: A welcoming session with our Learning Support team to help us understand your child’s unique strengths, interests, and learning style.
  • Parent & Family Interview: A friendly conversation with a school administrator to discuss our core values, school culture, and shared expectations.
  • Documentation Required at This Stage:
    • Proof of status in Canada (student and parents)
    • Proof of residency
    • Immunization records

 

Following the assessment and interview, our Admissions Committee reviews candidate files. Successful applicants will receive an official Offer of Admission via email, along with details regarding confirmation deadlines and registration fees to secure your child’s seat

 

Once your offer is accepted and enrollment documents are finalized, your family is officially part of the Richmond Christian School community! You will receive the tuition invoice early August and welcome materials and details to help prepare your child for a wonderful school year ahead by the end of the summer.
