ABOUT THE ELEMENTARY
Our Elementary School Campus is centrally located in a safe residential neighbourhood in the heart of Richmond. We have been at the Woodward’s Road location since 1986. Presently, we have over 470 students in Preschool to Grade 5. Our campus is a modern and extensive facility, which consists of a library, music room, large and small gyms, and well-equipped classrooms that utilize high student to Ipad ratio that fosters a collobarotivedigital learning environment. It is about a 10-minute drive from our Middle and Secondary Campuses on No. 5 Road. We provide shuttle-bus service to and from our campuses at a nominal fee for your convenience.
RCS have devoted and caring Christian teachers who are creating active and meaningful learning to equip students for this changing world. Students will be able to use their curiosity as they explore God’s world and are challenged to grow in their Core Competnecies of Communication, Thinking and Personal and Social Repsonibilities. We have a deep desire for all students to be equipped and have a robust Educational Support Service (ESS) at RCS. Our ESS Program provides Learning Support Teachers that individualize and support students learning to effectively meet their Individualized Educational Plans (IEP). We encourage our students to see beyond the four walls to the needs of others as we want to bring God’s loving Kingdom to our community and home.
The Richmond Christian School Elementary Campus Vision is to foster authentic faith, build a foundation for life-long learning, encourage respect and care for others and God’s creation, nurture an understanding of God’s love for every student and their place in God’s eternal story.
At RCS, you will find the highest academic standards, full music and sports programs, a host of special activities and programs, and Godly, committed teachers who love the Lord.
