Richmond Christian is seeking applications for a full-time Director of ESS. We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative BC certified educator who demonstrates a commitment towards Christian Education, an ability to deliver curriculum content in an innovative manner that fully engages students in learning, and acts as a personal model to deepen students’ understanding of a Biblical worldview and relationship with God. The Director of Educational Support Services (ESS) is responsible for the leadership and administration of inclusive education programs and services throughout K-12.

Richmond Christian School’s Middle Campus serves approximately 250 Grade 6-8 students and their families. We commit to a middle year’s philosophy of learning and a generous amount of teacher preparation time that allows for extensive collaboration with colleagues. Richmond Christian is seeking applications for a full-time Science and PE teacher. We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative BC certified educator who demonstrates a commitment towards Christian Education, an ability to deliver curriculum content in an innovative manner that fully engages students in learning, and acts as a personal model to deepen students’ understanding of a Biblical worldview and relationship with God.
The position will include teaching, Life Sciences 11, Anatomy and Physiology 12, Science 10 and Fitness and Conditioning 11 and Career Life 12. A background in Kinesiology would be beneficial.
This is a temporary fulltime position starting April 1, 2023- June 30, 2023.

Rental Custodians

Richmond Christian School (RCS) is looking for multiple positions for on-call rental custodians to provide custodial services at RCS campuses during evening and weekend rentals. The ideal candidate will be highly responsible and reliable and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the facility is available and ready for rentals prior to rental start time.
- Assuring security of school premises during rental sessions
- Providing rental groups with access to the designated areas during the rental period.
- Ensuring rental group participants follow the RCS policies, guidelines and safety protocol in facility usage.
- Ensuring all furniture are returned to original settings after rentals.
- Checking all windows, entrances and exit doorways are secured after rentals.
- Completing incident reports as applicable.
- Reporting promptly any damage to school property, unauthorized persons and other security concerns during rental periods.
- Other duties as assigned.
