Elementary Counsellor

Richmond Christian Elementary Campus is currently accepting applications for a maternity leave part-time Counsellor (20%) starting in September 2020. We desire a person that has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, equivalent to an M.A. or M. Ed of Counselling Psychology. The applicant should be self directed and collaborative that will:

Job Description

The Office Assistant position provides support to the school’s administrative office and business office of Richmond Christian School during the summer break.

The responsibilities of the Office Assistant include front desk day-to-day tasks such as answering phone inquiries, coordinating and receiving deliveries, processing and checking supplies orders, archiving records and email/letter correspondences.  The position also has opportunities to participate in a variety of special projects, such as data management and conversion of paper records into electronic records.  Knowledge in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset to help serve the school community.

This position provides opportunities to become familiar with office equipment and protocols in the office environment.  This position also provides work-related experience in the areas of business administration, records management, finance and accounting.

This position is partially funded by Canada Summer Job Program.
