A Campaign for RCS’s Next Generation of Students

Richmond Christian School stands at an extraordinary threshold. For over 65 years, we have faithfully equipped students to joyfully serve Christ. Today, God is calling us forward to solve critical facility challenges that will secure this mission for generations to come.

The Vision

Our campuses are at capacity, and families seeking Christ-centered education are being turned away. After extensive exploration of multiple options, we are narrowing our focus toward a solution that is both feasible and financially viable.

The Apostle Paul reminds us in Philippians 3:13-14: “Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal.”

We cannot delay—children who need RCS today will not wait for tomorrow. We are developing a comprehensive plan that includes expanded capacity, state-of-the-art learning environments, specialized instructional spaces, and outdoor areas designed for discovery and growth.

Your Partnership

We are launching our “Future in Focus” Annual Giving Campaign with a giving goal of $250,000 toward critical planning and feasibility work. These funds will enable essential due diligence, financial structures, approvals, and detailed plans. Every gift—whether $100 or $25,000—advances our mission.

How to Donate

To receive a tax receipt, you can donate any of the following ways:

Drop off a cheque at any of the Campus offices by noon on Friday, December 12, 2025.

By Mail
Send a cheque PAYABLE TO “RICHMOND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL” to

Cheques must be received by Friday, December 19, 2025 for a 2025 tax receipt.

Tax receipts will be issued according to the Canada Revenue Agency guidelines as outlined in the RCS Donations Receipting Policy.

General Donations

Donations of any amount are gratefully accepted at RCS and will be provided with a tax receipt based upon current CRA guidelines. General donations will be used at the discretion of our finance team based upon consultation with the Board of Directors and Administrative Team. Each year there are many requests that cannot be met through government grants and tuition. Your donations help provide funds to grant these requests.

We are grateful for all donations to Richmond Christian School. Tuition and government grants only cover a portion of our educational needs. Each year we rely on generous donations from our parents, families and friends to provide additional resources, building projects and upgrades to our school. Thank you for your financial gifts on behalf of our students.
