JUNE GENERAL MEETING

RCS families are welcome and encouraged to attend the upcoming June General Meeting. Society members should have already received their JGM notification. Please note that only Society members in good standing will be permitted to vote.
There will be no new membership sign up – new membership sign up is offered at the Annual General Meeting in November.
The main purpose of this meeting is to receive the Directors’ Reports, present the budget for the ensuing fiscal year, elect board members to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors and to conduct any other business that needs to be transacted at a General Meeting of the Society.
